Man Follows Woman After Near Westchester Auto Collision, Police Say Westchester County Police intervention was required in Mount Kisco after a woman reported that she was being followed by a man driving behind her for several miles. A motorist reported to Westchester County Police shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 19 that she had narrowly avoided being involved in a crash on Route 100 in Yorktown, and was then followed by the second driver onto Crow Hill Road and onto Route 133 in Mount Kisco, according to a Westchester County Police spokesperson.
