Fire Officer Admits To Role At Bar Fight Caught On Video In Westchester A fire lieutenant who was caught on camera knocking out a patron during a bar fight in Westchester has admitted to his role in the violent incident. Yonkers Fire Lt. Christopher Mitchell pleaded guilty to a count of disorderly conduct last month and has been sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge. Mitchell has already paid $15,000 in restitution to one of his victims for medical expenses, and he’s been ordered to pay an additional $19,757.24 by Oct. 25 next year. Videos Released Of Fights That Led To Assault Charges For Two Firefighters In Westchester Videos have been released of fights which left several people injured this past summer and resulted in criminal charges for a pair of firefighters in Westchester. The first video was taken inside Rory Dolan’s Restaurant and Bar on McLean Avenue at approximately 2 a.m. on June 11.  The video shows the firefighters - later identified as Lt. Christopher Mitchell and firefighter Bogdin Kosilov - talking to each other before one of them is shoved. Two Westchester Firefighters Charged In Separate Assaults With Injuries Two members of the Yonkers Fire Department were charged in separate assaults that injured several people, according to police. One of the firefighters lives in Westchester County, one in Orange County. According to the Yonkers Police Department, on Monday around 2 a.m. officers responded to Rory Dolan's Bar & Restaurant at 890 McLean Ave. on a report of a fight with an injured party.  Upon arrival officers located the victim, a 45-year-old male resident of Yonkers, bleeding from the head.
