Man Caught With Cocaine, Suspended License After Hudson Valley Crash A Dutchess County man is facing multiple charges after allegedly driving with a suspended driver’s license into a ditch while in possession of cocaine, according to state police investigators. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a stretch of Old Hopewell Road in Wappinger, where there was a report of a motor vehicle crash.
