Award Offered For Info On Suspect In Westchester Robbery New York State Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that directly leads to the arrest and conviction of the those responsible for a robbery that occurred on Monday, Feb. 4, in the village of Buchanan. Police said the incident took place before 10:00 a.m., in a small business located on Bleakley Avenue near Broadway. An armed robbery that caused school lockouts and a manhunt in the village of Buchanan on Monday is under investigation by the New York State Police and the Buchanan Police Department.
