TGI Fridays Files For Bankruptcy Weeks After Sudden Closures Of At Least 12 Restaurants Casual dining chain TGI Fridays has filed for bankruptcy several weeks after at least 12 of its restaurants suddenly closed. The company filed the Chapter 11 petition on Saturday, Nov. 2, in Texas, near its Dallas headquarters. Founded in New York City in 1965, TGI Fridays has 95 restaurants in the US, 39 of which the company owns and operates. The other 56 are independent franchises not involved in the bankruptcy petition. Alert Issued For Hudson Valley Man Wanted For Sex Abuse Of 11-Year-Old New York State Police in the Hudson Valley are asking the public for help in locating a man who is wanted for the sexual abuse of an 11-year-old child. Ruben Mosquera, 74, was arrested after an investigation in Middletown determined that he had inappropriate contact with an 11-year-old. Mosquera left the area and never returned to court to answer the charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest, state police said. Mosquera is described as a Hispanic male, 6-foot-1, 220 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He is known to have ties in Allentown, Pa., and Columbia. He frequently visits New York…

A Missing Person Alert has been issued after a 45-year-old man signed a 16-year-old girl out of school in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with the two believed to be traveling out of state, possibly in the tristate area. The man, Kevin Esterly, and the teen, Amy Yu, could possibly be traveling together in a two-door 1999 Red Honda Accord bearing PA vehicle registration of KLT 0529, police said.  Amy Yu is an Asian female, 4-foot-11 and weighing about 90 pounds.
