BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Argelix Gils steal and layup lifted visiting Concordia College to a 75-74 win over Caldwell College in a mens college basketball game, Thursday.
Gil led Concordia with a game-high 20 points. He also finished with eight rebounds and four steals. Lavor Morris came off the bench and scored 19 points in 24 minutes. Norman Pope played all 40 minutes, scored 18 points and had five assists.
Concordia prevailed despite Caldwells decided advantage at the free-throw line -- 20 of 25 for the host to just 7 of 9 for the Clippers.
