"The goal of our clinics is to support the big summer camp and vice versa," head coach Brian Sondey said. "We want to provide at least two substantial events per year where our student-athletes provide exceptional coaching to the young players in our community. We believe that the quality of these two events really supports the turnout and that every camper walks away with a great experience."
Players Mohamed Abass, Jamie Holder, Andrew Peacock, Rome Jenkins, Jalen Heath, Elijah Brown, Michael Fields, Justyn Gardner, Cedrick McFadden, AJ Burton, Stephen Milhaven, Michael Dwyer, Bryan Familia and Brian Brooks worked as coaches at the clinics.
More than 50 campers attended at least one session of the three-night event.
The next basketball camp will take place next summer.
The Concordia men's basketball team's first regular season game is Nov. 13 at Bentley.
