Bronxville's Callahan Recalls Top Three Memories

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - Bronxville High School football player and senior captain Sean Callahan will head to college next fall with vivid memories of an undefeated championship season and a 20-game winning streak, including the Broncos' first state title during his junior season in 2010.

Callahan, a lineman who helped lead the Broncos to a 9-1 season and the Section 1 Class C title game last fall, was a member of the 2010 Bronxville team that went 12-0 and won the New York State Class C championship and added nine consecutive wins in his senior season. His teams won consecutive Section 1 titles in 2009 and 2010.

In a career filled with big moments, Callahan recalls the top three memories of his high school career:

1. Winning the 2010 Class C State Championship 2. The trip to Cooperstown trip with the baseball team in 2011.

3. Face painting with a couple friends for the home basketball games. "We were some the rowdiest fans."

Callahan is headed for St. Lawrence University in Canton, where he will play football for the Div. III schoool next fall.
