At approximately 11 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, officers in Bronxville stopped 33-year-old Kyle Scully after he was spotted traveling the wrong way on Palumbo Place in his Audi.
According to police, during the subsequent stop, it was determined that Scully was intoxicated, and he registered a blood alcohol content of .27 percent, more than three times the legal limit.
Scully was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated for operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than .18 percent. He was also cited for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. Scully is due back in court later this year.
