WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - Police are on the hunt for two suspects that were allegedly operating a stolen vehicle in New Rochelle, crashed in Yonkers and fled on foot, Bronxville Police said.
Officers were on patrol at approximately 3:40 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 6 when they spotted the vehicle, which had been reported stolen, commit a stop sign violation at the intersection of Parkway Road and Westside Circle in Bronxville.
When police attempted to stop the vehicle, the two suspects sped off before crashing in Yonkers. The two suspects then fled the scene on foot before police could apprehend them.
No description of the suspects or the stolen vehicle were immediately available. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
