PELHAM, N.Y -- Christmas Day travelers are dealing with delays on the Hutchinson River Parkway in southern Westchester Friday afternoon.
A spilled load had been blocking the right lane of the Hutch at Wolfs Lane following an incident at 3:30 p.m.
Though the lane has reopened, heavy delays stretch back to Orchard Beach.
