A serious multi-vehicle accident that initially took out a lane is causing heavy delays Wednesday on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway.
The accident, reported at 5 p.m., is between East Lincoln Avenue (Exit 12) and the Cross County Parkway (Exit 13), with stop-and-go delays to Route 1 (Exit 7).
