Bronxville Police Charge Man with Grand Larceny

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- The Bronxville police arrested a man they said stole a credit card from a parked car. 

Julian Horrabin, 19, of Crary Avenue in Mount Vernon was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony. Horrabin was arraigned before Bronxville Justice George R. Mayer and was transported to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Horrabin is accused of taking a credit card from a vehicle parked on Oakledge Road on Sept. 25. He is also accused of using the stolen card on that same day at Walgreens, located on Nepperhan Avenue in Yonkers and at a Getty gas station also located on Nepperhan Avenue.

Horrabin is due back in Bronxville Court on November 2.
