Bronxville Is Ready For Election Day Despite Sandy

BRONXVILLE N.Y. -- One week after Hurricane Sandy hit Bronxville, the village is almost back to its normal operations and will be ready for Tuesday's Election Day.

Bronxville officials reported that power was restored to all polling locations, and that residents should go to their normal polling place to vote.

As a result of the village regaining power the use and enforcement of parking meters will recommence Tuesday, Nov. 6 at 8 a.m.

Finally, power was restored to the Bronxville Public Library and it's now open and operating on a normal schedule.
