“Our staff were eager to help out our local neighbors in need,” said Dr. Philip J. Wilner, senior vice president and chief operating officer of NYP/Westchester Division. “We are fortunate to have a long-standing relationship with the Rotary Club of White Plains, whose outreach efforts created this wonderful opportunity for us to support our community.”
More than a dozen bags of coats and jackets were donated to The Salvation Army.
“Under Harry Bright’s leadership, the Rotary Club of White Plains has been collecting coats and sweaters for many years to help those in need in our White Plains community," said Bill Fishman, president of the Rotary of White Plains. "We look forward to working with the staff at NewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester Division in future years to continue serving our community!”
