WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- "The Three Christs," a new movie starring Pound Ridge resident Richard Gere has been filming at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville for the past few days.

The film, directed by Jon Avnet (“Fried Green Tomatoes,” “Risky Business”), is based on a biographical novel by Milton Rokeach. The story follows a doctor (played by Gere) who is treating three paranoid schizophrenic patients at the Ypsilanti State Hospital in Michigan, each of whom believe they are Jesus Christ.
