Walking and driving in New York City may be getting safer, according to new statistics that found that traffic deaths are at their lowest number in a century. The New York Transportation Department reported that 196 people were killed in traffic accidents through Dec. 26 last year, an 11 percent decrease from 2017. The mark is the lowest in 100 years, according to the Wall Street Journal. Drug dealers don't declare any income, the congressman said, sparking laughter. In his letter to the editor, Faso wrot…

The company made the announcement to employees on Wednesday, according to the Wall Street Journal. A company representative confirmed the report, but noted that there would not be an immediate shutdown. Toys 'R' Us was already in the process of closing about 180 stores. In a conference call with employees, CEO David Brandon cited customers choosing to shop elsewhere and online as one of the main reasons for the closures. Toys 'R'…

Former UConn QB Ousted From White House Post As Trump Personal Assistant
Former University of Connecticut quarterback John McEntee, whose YouTube trick shot video went viral several years ago, has been fired from his position as a personal assistant to President Donald Trump. According to a New York Times report, McEntee was escorted out of the White House after his security clearance was revoked. He will reportedly join Trump's 2020 re-election campaign team as senior adviser. In recent weeks, Gen. John F. Kelly, the White House Chief of Staff, has been clamping down on staffers working without permanent security clearances. CNN reported the failure to gain per…
