19-Year-Old Leads Officers On Pursuit, Almost Hits Cop Cruiser In Northern Westchester: Police A 19-year-old man was jailed after leading officers on a high-speed chase in Northern Westchester, almost hitting a police cruiser head-on in the process, authorities announced.  Katonah resident Max Lupinacci was arrested on Monday, Feb. 26 in connection with an incident that happened in Yorktown on Thursday, Jan. 18, Yorktown Police announced on Wednesday, Feb. 28.  According to the department, at around 1 a.m. on the night of the incident, a Yorktown Police officer saw a vehicle speeding through a stop sign at the intersection of Commerce Street and Hanover Street. 15 Area Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers busted more than a dozen Hudson Valley motorists for allegedly driving while drunk on area roadways. Among those charged include:  Westchester County On Saturday, Sept., 28, State Police from Brewster arrested Jason M. Curnen, 26, of Bedford, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on I-684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
