Underage Drinking Bust Includes 93 Fairfield University Students  Police busted more than 100 underage drinkers inside a Norwalk bar, most of them Fairfield University students.  The bust took place around 11:30 p.m. Thursday at Johnny Utah's at 80 Washington St., when the Norwalk Police Special Services Division and agents from the Connecticut Liquor Control Commission conducted liquor compliance checks within the city, police said. St. Pat's Day Weekend DWI Detail Will Include Checkpoints, Underage Stings The New York State Police and local law enforcement will conduct special enforcement efforts designed to deter drinking and driving during St. Patrick's Day weekend.  The traffic enforcement detail, which is funded through the Governor's Traffic Safety Committee, began Friday, March 16 and runs through Sunday, March 18.  Drivers can expect a number of sobriety checkpoints, additional DWI patrols, and stings targeting underage drinking and illegal sales of alcohol to minors during the campaign.
