Man Blocking Neighbor's Driveway In Area Caught With Drugs, Police Say A 24-year-old man is behind bars after state police say he was found to be in possession of over four pounds of marijuana after blocking his neighbor's driveway in Patterson. Troopers received a complaint of a vehicle blocking a driveway on Haviland Drive in the town of Patterson on Sunday, Feb, 18, State Police from the Brewster barracks. Upon interview of the vehicle owner, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were observed in plain sight, police said. An investigation found Austin M.
