The New York Lottery announced that a second-prize-winning ticket for the Wednesday, Feb. 5 New York LOTTO drawing, worth a cool $452,178, was sold at Mamaroneck's SK Variety on Mamaroneck Avenue. The lucky ticket matched five out of six numbers, plus the bonus number, just one number shy of hitting the full jackpot. Westchester Woman Is $1M Scratch-Off Ticket Winner Two winning $1 million lottery tickets were purchased in the Hudson Valley.  The first lucky $1 million dollar winner was from Westchester: Cheryl Murray of Mamaroneck, lottery officials said. Murray won her jackpot prize on a Triple Stars scratch-off ticket Dec. 27, 2019. “Winning the Lottery is a little scary to be honest,” said Murray. She purchased her winning ticket at the SK Variety on Mamaroneck Avenue.  Murray opted to receive her prize in 20 annual installments of $50,000 before withholdings.
