House Painter Sentenced For Sexually Abusing 5-Year-Old Girl In Northern Westchester Home A house painter working in a Westchester home has been sentenced to nearly a decade behind bars and will register as a sexual offender after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl. Port Chester resident Fabio Coutinho, 42, has been sentenced to eight years in state prison, followed by 15 years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to one count of criminal sexual act, a felony, earlier this year. When he is released from prison, Coutinho will also have to register as a sexual offender. There will be a Sex Offender Registration Act at a later date to determine what …

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 55-year-old Andrew Mulleavey, who has reported a move from a Stone Avenue apartment to a residence on Gates Avenue in Ossining. The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Mulleavey a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.”…
