2 Northern Westchester HS Seniors Join Division I Programs: 'Remarkable Opportunities' Two talented high school seniors from Northern Westchester have committed to joining Division I college programs and are being recognized for how far their hard work has taken them.  Both Anastasia Byrnes and Elsa Rolfs, who attend Byram Hills High School in Armonk, have committed to Division I college athletics programs, school staff announced on Monday, Nov. 20.
