The Armonk-based company said the report, which said the company hired a consulting firm to help with the strategy, was not accurate and they don't comment on speculation, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. The company, which is headquartered in Armonk, saw revenue decline .4 percent in its latest quarterly report, the 22nd consecutive quarter of year over year declines. Profits fell 4.5 percent to $2.73 billion.
