Wanted Blood Stones Gang Member Known As 'Flee' Nabbed By Police Detectives In Westchester A 27-year-old wanted member of the Westchester-based Blood Stones gang has been apprehended by police. Over the last several weeks, investigators with the Gang Unit developed information on the whereabouts of Rahkim "Flee" Shealy, and on Thursday night, Yonkers Police detectives placed him into custody without incident at a location on Orchard Place. Shealy, of Yonkers, was booked on charges of conspiracy, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon and arraigned today at the Westchester County Court.
