Smoke Shop Busted For Selling 'Unlawful' Products In Westchester: Police A smoke shop in Westchester County is in trouble after selling illegal substances out of a hidden room, police said.  A smoke shop located in Yonkers at 15 Palisade Avenue was discovered to be selling unlawful products, Yonkers Police announced on Sunday, Feb. 5.  The unlicensed and illegal substances, which were allegedly stored in a hidden room before being sold to the public, included:  THC edibles; Vaping products; Cannabis and cannabis oils.
