A 22-year-old man was hit with a felony charge after allegedly putting his phone under a woman's skirt in Westchester, police said. Yonkers resident Gueovanni Patterson was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 14 in connection with an incident that happened in Yonkers earlier in the month, Yonkers Police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 19. Students at a Northern Westchester high school are facing disciplinary actions for their roles in a “very disturbing incident,” officials said. A former 14-year employee of the Village of Ossining must register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to installing a camera in Village Hall, officials said on Monday. Peekskill resident Lider Velez, 49, the former head janitor of the village, has been sentenced to five months of shock probation with sex offender conditions and will have to register as a sex offender upon his release, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced.
