Poisoning Hazard Leads To Recall Of 102,000 Bottles Of Hydrogen Peroxide Mouthwash More than 100,000 bottles of hydrogen peroxide mouthwash are being recalled due to a poisoning hazard. Heritage Store issued the recall for two of its products sold at health food stores and online from October 2010 to December 2023  The recalled mouthwash contains ethanol in a concentration that must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA), according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
