Police Probe Posted Online Threat Targeting Child In Westchester The investigation into an online threat targeting a child in Westchester has led to the identification of three minors who allegedly posted the threat over the weekend. Investigators at the Scarsdale Police Department were notified on Saturday, Nov. 24, of an online threat that had been posted about a local resident’s child. Scarsdale Capt.
