2024 Valedictorian, Salutatorian Announced By Northern Westchester High School
Two high-achieving seniors at a Northern Westchester high school are being recognized for landing at the top of their class. In an announcement on Wednesday, June 12, Byram Hills High School revealed its valedictorian and salutatorian for the class of 2024 are Grace Lin and Daniel Ndocaj, respectively. US Presidential Scholar: HS Senior From Northern Westchester Gets Top Honor
A high school senior from Northern Westchester has received one of the nation's highest honors for students. Byram Hills High School senior Samantha Milewicz of Armonk is one of only 161 students nationwide to be selected as a US Presidential Scholar, school district officials announced on Friday, May 12. The US Presidential Scholars Program was created in 1964 and recognizes a few of the country's most distinguished graduating seniors. A three-sport standout from Brewster High School has been named as a semifinalist for Coca-Cola’s class of 2019 Scholars Program. Brianna Sayegh was one of the 95,000 original applicants for the scholarship, and of these applicants, Coca-Cola chose 1,896 semifinalists based on academic achievements, leadership, and community support services.
