Picture Thrown At Woman During Mount Kisco Domestic Dispute, Police Say A 23-year-old man was arrested following an alleged domestic dispute in Mount Kisco. Westchester County Police officers were dispatched to a West Main Street home at approximately 11:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 1, where there was a report of the domestic dispute. Police said that a relative reported that 23-year-old William Villeda took a picture off a wall during the dispute and threw it at his female victim, injuring her hand.
