At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 26, state police troopers were dispatched to the Mohegan Lake Post Office on East Main Street in the town of Cortlandt for a report of a man with a knife.  An investigation found Charles Coles, 54, of Cortlandt, used a pocket knife to threaten a postal worker in the parking lot, police said.
