Man Faces DWI Charge After Backing Into Patrol Car, Sheriff Says A Putnam man is facing DWI charges after allegedly driving erratically, according to Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley said. Deputies were dispatched to the area of Hollowbrook Road and Oscawana Lake Road in the Town of Putnam Valley on the report of an erratic driver on Monday, Feb. 25 around 10:30 a.m. Upon arriving on scene and canvassing the area, the deputies observed a vehicle commit several traffic violations on Oscawana Lake Road.
