Three-Car Crash Causes Route 6N Closure Three people suffered minor injuries after being involved in a three-car crash on Route 6N in Putnam County. Members of the Mahopac Falls Fire Department, Police Department, and paramedic were dispatched at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, to a stretch of Route 6N between the Putnam County sand depot and Austin Road, where there was a report of a multi-vehicle crash, said Jack Casey of the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department..
