A murder suspect was taken into police custody in Westchester days after allegedly fatally shooting a man during a home invasion. The New Rochelle Police Department received an alert from the NYPD Homicide Division on Sunday, June 6 regarding a home invasion in the Bronx that led to a victim being shot and killed, possibly by a suspect who lives in New Rochelle. Police arrested three people after taking officers on a chase in a stolen vehicle along the Hutchinson River Parkway in Westchester to the Fairfield County border before crashing. The incident took place around 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 22, when Harrison Harrison Police officers were altered by a license plate reader that a vehicle stolen in the Bronx was traveling along area roads, said the Harrison Police Department. Driver With Six License Suspensions Busted By Police In Westchester
A man with six suspensions on his license was busted by patrol officers in Scarsdale during a routine traffic stop in the village, according to a police report released on Monday morning.
