Alert Issued For Wanted Westchester Man An alert has been issued for a man who has been wanted by New York State Police in the Hudson Valley for more than a decade. On June 26, 2006, Westchester resident Jaime Alvarez was stopped by New York State Police troopers on the New York State Thruway in Tarrytown for a vehicle and traffic violation. During the subsequent stop, it was determined that Alvarez was allegedly intoxicated, and he was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
