Man Slashed During Fight Over iPhone In Northern Westchester, Police Say
A Northern Westchester resident was arrested after allegedly slashing a man in the leg and stealing his cell phone. The incident took place in Mount Kisco around 5 p.m., Sunday, July 18 at Leonard Park. The victim called the Westchester County Police to report that he had been in an argument at Leonard Park with a man he knows over damage to that man’s cell phone, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police. A security guard from Rockland County working for a day camp at a Westchester high school is facing a felony charge for allegedly stealing an iPhone and debit card from a teenage counselor, police said. Police Investigate Stolen $480 iPhone In Mount Kisco
Westchester County Police investigators are attempting to track down a suspect who walked into a Mount Kisco store and walked out with a near $500 phone he failed to pay for. An employee of a phone store reported to county police at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19 that a man who was looking at an iPhone walked in and left the store while staff was helping a different customer.
