A total of five suspects, including four adolescent juveniles and a Fairfield County man, face charges in connection with a string of shooting incidents in Westchester, one of which left a 19-year-old victim dead.

Matthew Brown, of Delaware, pleaded guilty to his role in a shooting outside the Garden bar in Mount Vernon in 2016 and the subsequent conspiracy to kill a witness involved in the case.
