Man Accused Of Stealing Property, Cars From Residential Facility In Westchester A 30-year-old Connecticut man faces several charges after allegedly stealing from an elderly residential facility in New York, police said.  New London County resident David Durlach of Waterford, age 30, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 1 following a long-term investigation into burglaries at a Westchester County elderly residential facility located in Greenburgh.
