Westchester Lawmakers Approve $2B Budget With Two-Percent Property Tax Increase The Westchester County Board of Legislators has approved a near $2 billion budget that represents a property tax hike of 2 percent. Lawmakers approved the $1.9 billion budget on Monday, with the measure quickly signed off by Westchester County Executive George Latimer. (See video above.)
