Police Officer Delivers Baby At Westchester Home A Westchester police officer came to the rescue of a mother in active labor and ended up delivering her baby at her residence. The delivery took place around 5:30 p.m., Monday, March 22, after Greenburgh Police officers and EMS units responded to a residence in the Fairview section of the Town of Greenburgh for a patient that was experiencing labor pains and contractions.
