Police Contain Snake That Gets Loose In Westchester Home Police helped tame a wild snake that got loose in a Westchester home. Officers from the North Castle Police Department were dispatched to a home on Old Orchard Street in West Harrison shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 28, when a resident reported that a snake was in their upstairs hallway.
