Westchester Man Hacks Into Account, Posts Inappropriate Photo, Police Say A 65-year-old Westchester man is behind bars after state police say he hacked into a victim’s online account and posted an inappropriate photo without the victim’s permission. John F. Mahoney of Hartsdale was charged with computer tampering (a Class E felony), computer trespass (also a Class E felony), and aggravated harassment, a Class A misdemeanor. The arrest is the result of an 11-month investigation, police said. The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office High Technology Crime Unit assisted in the case.
