Westchester Man Busted For Second DWI In Past Decade A Westchester man is facing a felony charge after receiving his second DWI in the past decade following an early morning stop in Croton-on-Hudson. New York State Police troopers on patrol at approximately 3:40 a.m. on Friday morning stopped a 2017 Dodge Challenger driven by Cortlandt resident Christopher Johnson, 42, after he committed a vehicle and traffic law violation on Route 9.
