4 Nabbed During Super Bowl Weekend Drunk Driving Enforcement Detail In Hudson Valley: Police A police enforcement detail conducted over Super Bowl weekend in the Hudson Valley resulted in several drunk driving arrests, authorities announced.  The enforcement detail was conducted in Putnam County by the Carmel Police Department and resulted in a total of four arrests on Saturday, Feb. 10, according to Carmel Police Lt. 30 Goats Loose In Hudson Valley Road Herded Back Into Pen By 'K9 Cowboy' A total of thirty goats that managed to escape their pen and block a Hudson Valley roadway were herded back home thanks to the help of a trusty K9 officer.
