A 38-year-old Northern Westchester man was charged with two DWIs after Yorktown Police say he fled the scene of a car crash on Crow Hill Road near the Mount Kisco border on Monday afternoon. WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - An off-duty New Rochelle police officer who was drinking before he crashed his vehicle last year, killing his best friend, has been sentenced for his role in the fatal incident. A 57-year-old Ossining man was charged with felony DWI following a car accident on Saw Mill River Road in Yorktown Tuesday.
