PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Pace University’s men’s lacrosse team routed conference foe Assumption College, 16-5, on Tuesday behind John Kolesar’s five goals.

Pace will head to Manchester, New Hampshire on Saturday to battle conference opponent Saint Anselm College at noon.

Softball:

Pace’s softball team continued its winning ways with a non-conference doubleheader sweep of Felician College on Tuesday. The Setters defeated the Golden Falcons 3-0 in the first game and 3-2 in the second.

Pace scored all three of its runs in the final two innings of the first game and Caitlin McCann (4-2) threw a complete game two-hitter to lead Pace on the mound.

Down 3-1 in the ninth inning, the Golden Falcons scored a run but Pace’s starting pitcher, Kayla Hill, finished her complete game to end the comeback attempt and Felician left the bases loaded.

Hill allowed two runs on eight hits and has yet to be defeated this season.

Pace will host Le Moyne College in a Northeast-10 Conference doubleheader Wednesday at 3 p.m.
