BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N,Y. -- Voters in Briarcliff approved the district's 2015-2016 budget Tuesday.
Voters approved the $50 million budget 500 votes to 140 votes. The budget was a 1.34 percent increase from 2014-2015 and carries a .93 percent tax increase.
Michael Haberman was elected to another term on the Board of Education while Jan Fisher won a write-in campaign with 210 votes. Greg Dow came in third with 207 votes.
