A woman got into a dispute with Percy Ramos, whom she is separated from on Nov. 25, according to Lt. Jeff Giorgio of the Ossining Police Department. She drove Ramos to the Ossining train station, where the dispute escalated, Giorgio said.
Ramos pulled out a handgun and the woman fled, Giorgio said. As the woman was fleeing, Ramos pointed the handgun and fired one round, but did not strike her, Giorgio said.
Police responded shortly after 9 p.m. and Ramos was apprehended, Giorgio said.
Ramos is being held without bail and is due in Ossining Town Court Tuesday, Giorgio said. He was taken to Phelps Hospital following the arrest for evaluation, Giorgio said.
