Health Club, Mall Parking Lot Cars Targeted By Thieves

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. – Vehicles in several area health club and mall parking lots, including Club Fit in Briarcliff, recently have been targeted by thieves, according to a manager.

In an alert sent to Club Fit members, general manager Mark Cuatt said they are working closely with the police department and have increased surveillance in response to reports of vehicle break-ins.

Cuatt reminded guests not to leave valuables in their vehicles and asked they report any suspicious activity to a manager or receptionist.
